Great resource
The name of the app is in Portuguese but the content is universal which is great! Highly recommended, made me feel confident to start feeding my son with solids. My only suggestion is to indicate when the veggies or fruits should be served raw or cooked/steamed.

O Mundo BLW é um app simples e fácil de utilizar. Além das fotos dos cortes dos alimentos em idades diferentes (6 meses/ a partir de 9 meses), o app ainda disponibiliza vídeos de como fazer os cortes. Sem contar o vídeo e gráfico da manobra de Heimlich que sem dúvidas é um conhecimento extremamente necessário para qualquer tipo de introdução alimentar que os pais escolham. O custo é adequado e o pagamento é único, portanto vale a pena.
