This app is free and can be used even if you've run out of data, but download charges do apply for downloading from the App Store. When using the app overseas international roaming charges will also apply.

Can’t log in
Downloaded the app about 4 minutes ago. Opened it & all it said is “sorry, it looks like we’ve hit a glitch. It’s okay though, You’ll just need to login again or retry” I didn’t try to login. It just came up with that. I pressed retry countless times & it still wouldn’t work. I’ve downloaded the app in the past few weeks on a different device & it did the same thing. I want to know how much data/credit I’ve used & i can’t do That. PLEASE fix.
Am new to ur service & just want to stress less.

Vouchers won’t recharge
Use the official amaysim website to recharge instead. Seriously.
This app successfully recharged one voucher, if I remember correctly, and ever since then, has consistently run into glitches and it has never been able to recharge my phone again via voucher.
I find it insulting that the error message states that the company is ‘looking into it’, when clearly, it is not; as I had tried different methods such as waiting hours then trying again to recharge to see if they had resolved the issue, or closing and opening the app again, or turning the internet off and back on again to ensure it is not a connection issue.
I am sickened even more that when I raised this app glitch with the company phone call, the suggestion was that these issues are fairly standard, for some reason appear to not get fixed (this made the officer disappointed as well), and that I should just add credit card details for direct debit to avoid the issues.
I had even emailed Amaysim and got a response saying the IT team would attend to the app glitch (amongst other things) immediately, but no improvement.
It is abundantly clear that the company prefers customers to be on prepaid plans/direct debit, and that was the suggested fix for the plethora of recharging issues that I have been having for years, and which are only worsening. - I refuse to do this, as the company seemed to have issues removing card payment details from my account in the past.
I really like the app and it’s really easy to get around but every time I want to heck my data left I have to log in again and again every time I open the app. Maybe it’s just my phone but it happens. Which means I have to be connected to wifi to check my data usage and it has to be strong wifi which is annoying but other tyrants that amazing app and will continue to use this plan
