Great service
The service is wonderful and attentive. Unfortunately the app itself can be a little slow and the map “pin” imprecise. Still, so hopeful for non-Chinese speakers. Great cars and drivers, too.

Excellent service-super useful for non Chinese speakers
This app is a really good idea and worked perfectly for me. You pay via credit card or PayPal up front, no problem with international cards, and they arrange the driver for you (I used the premium option and what came in less than 5 minutes was a Didi Premium car). There is a small surcharge / commission but worth it for the real time English customer service via chat. I managed to leave something in the car, and they even coordinated the driver to return to my hotel to drop it off. The app could use a bit of UI refinement - it wasn’t totally clear that my payment was accepted, but given it’s quite new I’ll assume that will be fixed up in time. I definitely recommend English speakers in China give this service a try.

Best App for travelling in China especially with kids
This service is wonderful you can search in English for your destinations. You can chat in English with a human throughout the trip if you are concerned or need to tell the driver something. They will ring the driver and tell them in Mandarin. They are always clean and have seatbelts accessible unlike the yellow cans. You can pay with international credit card or PayPal. They are quick and efficient and they chat with you to pinpoint your location they will often ask for photos of the surrounding shops/area to help the driver pinpoint your exact location. I can easily fit my pram in the drivers boots and my baby capsule can be seatbelted in. The drivers are kind and helpful.
