Can’t play MOV
It back up MOV video from iphone but unable to play it.
Only the bare minimum, not useful.
To begin with, there is no landscape view, so if you’re using an iPad Pro with a keyboard forget about it. The file management tools are cumbersome. Moving and copying files are not intuitive. You can’t create folders. This is basically a read only file browser with little to no functionality. This platform should be able to be integrated into the iOS Files app but at this stage it is merely a standalone file viewer.
Doesn’t play videos!!!!
Purchased My Cloud Home yesterday. Downloaded photos and MOV video content through the internet interface. Tried playing MOV videos of family footage using this app and it doesn’t work!! Please advise fix for this. The experience is kinda like turning on a TV but being unable to watch anything because the remote control interface is broken. Thanks.
