It’s fun and it’s cool how you can get so many different and fun characters, the only problem is on my device every time I tap on the sign where I can see how many shards I have or where the social tab is, the game just closes. Also for some reason I don’t have my twilight anymore and where her house was there is just an empty space, I also lost scootaloo too so I bought her again hoping twilight would come back but it didn’t work. I don’t know where she went. Also I would like to suggest some sort of undo button because many times I have accidentally spent my gems or money on things I didn’t want. I know that the twilight problem is probably just on my device but I really want to fix it. I can’t even send her on any missions or anything. All together it’s a fun game but I hope one day all the problems could be fixed.
The gem issue

I love playing this game ever since I was little however the one thing I’ve always disliked about it was gems like some ponies cost hundreds of gems regardless if the gem price gets lower but because the whole point of my little pony is based around the whole friendship is magic I would of thought instead of things costing gems why not hearts you would have to friend people to get hearts sure some ponies cost 30 hearts or something and would be a challenge to get hundreds if not thousands of hearts but the point is that there’s not a lot of options to get gems other than spending money and watching ads which isn’t enough but with gems being replaced with hearts it’s a better option to have for players that want to enjoy the game without spending real money and want to free to play and have a fun easier time playing and hearts are easier to get but take time to save it and would be better if the whole gem thing was removed and left the game with just bits and hearts I hope this would be taken into consideration at the very least and if it’s seen as too easy why not have ponies cost a thousand hearts for like 1500 hearts for Celestia for example and have the option to buy hearts

This game is great to play the only issue I have is about the gems. I don’t use my bits for any decorations (cause I don’t get any) and gems are so hard to come by mostly, whereas bits are so easy to get. I would appreciate it if we could use more bits to buy our ponies and stores or at least really lower the price of gems. As it’s almost impossible to get some when u need them the most or takes a while. Especially when you do not want to be spending your own money on them.And it would make the specials easier to play. As you gotta add characters that you probably do not have yet, and they cost like 900 odd gems? Could you at least lower the gem prices to maybe less than 500 or something or even have more mini games where you can earn more gems, that way, we aren’t spending so much real money on these games. Especially this day and age with prices of everyday living is expensive as it is.

trying to get progress back
Really really good game. Very well developed and entertaining. My only issue (and maybe it can’t be solved) was when trying to move my progress to a new device, despite being logged in to the game centre, all my progress was lost.My only other thing is a minor issue that a new feature was introduced where new players can get Muffins by doing nothing but logging in for 15 days and I’m not sure why veteran players couldn’t also have been included in this daily reward so we can get a pony that otherwise cost 250 gems. And when I last played, when you earned a pony on the crystal mines, you just earned it, but now it is charging me like 250 gems just for apple cobbler and twist? It makes me sad I won’t be able to get them :(Minor issues though, overall really good
