Useless update

Opened up new app this morning. At least the previous app worked. Couldn’t pay my Bill. It said payment failed come back later. Came back later and made payment - received sms notification that payment was successful but the app hung itself. Have to delete and start again. I would have thought that providing customers with a payment gateway and process that works efficiently would be 101 in customer satisfaction. You have some design work to do on this app. Totally too much text on landing page and ads at the bottom make this a gimmick rather than the utility it is meant to be.

SCAMMERS

so, yesterday I bought extra 20 dollars for my prepaid plan to get more GB, however it didn’t work so I downloaded the app and started a chat with someone from the costume service, this person told me: “you paid the amount but your mobile internet data was on so it went in casual rate you were using the internet service when you did not had any gb left in your plan, So all your $20 went in standard casual rate”.

In other words, I’ve been stolen, because they told me they cannot convert my purchase in GB, AS WELL AS they won’t give me the refund! So this is my advise for you guys: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Terrible - never loads, difficult to navigate

Everything is “Sorry we couldn’t… Try again later”

It happens every time with every page - I could have deleted and redownloaded, turned my phone off and on, updated the app, made sure I had full bars of service and wifi connection, and my screen would STILL be loading until it times out and presents a “sorry, ….. try again later” message.

The app is already difficult to navigate and find buttons for certain things, which makes it a terrible user interface. Paired with the constant loading issues, I don’t see a plus side to continue using Vodafone/My One/whatever.

I used VodafoneAU when I lived in Australia, and that app and setup had the same issues.

I don’t often leave bad reviews, but this is shocking for an app that is supposed to provide you with services that it can’t even run itself on.
