My PT Hub has been designed by Fitness Professionals, for Fitness Professionals to make sure you get everything you need. You and your clients can access the software & app, anytime, anywhere from any device! Your clients can log their workouts, nutrition and upload progress photos, making it easy for you to track their achievements. So when we say everything, we mean everything!
IMPORTANT, PLEASE NOTE: This app is a companion app for your account on My PT Hub Web Application. An online account is required. If you're a client, ask your trainer for your account details so you can login to this app.

Be wary when signing up to their subscription as they do not make it easy for you to cancel. Subscriptions are automatically renewed each year at a higher price with no invoice or written confirmation. There is no information on the site on how to cancel - all is says is to contact customer service. I contacted customer service prior to renewal asking to cancel subscription and was told it was cancelled but a payment came out the next day. When I emailed back I was told I need 30 written notice as per the service agreement which is nowhere to be found on the website. Frustrating dealing with businesses who have no transparency and poor customer service. Apart from that, the app is difficult to set up and use.
Be wary when signing up. You will get email after email with discount after discount. Once you sign up there is no information on how you can cancel and timeframes to do so. Signed up for 1 year, but apparently needed to give 30 days written notice to stop being charged another year. Only need 3 days notice to cancel a monthly subscription though.. No email reminder, no information in payment section (don’t even know what I am going to get charged at the start of next month) and no cancellation button. No common sense. An ok product, but poor customer service. Customers purely just a number in the back pocket.

I am experiencing extreme financial hardship as a result of losing my job from the worldwide circumstances of COVID-19.
This app doesn’t care about financial hardship and will keep on taking your money and say “ We can’t do anything about it”. When they actually are able to.
I STRONGLY advise against them.
Imagine living on the streets all of a sudden and your payments continue to come out, while you’re starving and have just lost your car.
I know it seems ideal for a coach because at least you’ll be guaranteed your money. But for the consumer, it’s a massive NO for me. They are SUPER unprofessional. While the rest of the world is pausing and deferring payments to a later date MyPTHubClassic will NOT try to give any help.
Do not trust them with your money.
