Tells me wrong timings
I like the idea of the app in that it’s a quick place to go to double check timings. Unfortunately, it appears to be in the wrong time zone. I checked last night and it told me my train was departing in 4 hours (around midnight which I later confirmed my train didn’t run at that time). I have checked again this morning and it tells me my train due to depart at 0835 on 7 Jan has already departed (its currently 0448). This is misleading and gives travelers a fright they have missed the train. Also says on app my tix ‘not refundable, non exchangeable’ but I purchased the rail protection plan which is also shown on app without showing date of travel. Fortunately I have paper tickets which while cumbersome to travel with show my accurate booking!
Can’t even log in to the app.
When you open the app, you can click ‘add trip’ to add any of your already booked trips. However, after I enter my name and booking number it tells me that I don’t have an internet connection (which I most certainly do!)
This is the second time I have tried the app, over the span of a couple of weeks, and it is still not letting me enter my trip.
Can’t see the point of this app
I’m not sure what the developers were trying to achieve with this app.
Despite receiving a confirmation email indicating I could use the app to store my booking on my phone I was unable to add anything with the app reporting that I wasn’t connected to the internet yet I was able to download and install it. Go figure !!
Don’t waste your time with this.
