The features of the app are subject to change. The app is free but download charges apply for downloading from the App Store. Non Vodafone customers can download the app however data charges will apply as per your plan rate. When accessing the app overseas, international roaming charges will apply. When on Wi-Fi, My Vodafone may not continuously update if you’ve logged out of the app.
Our app only works on iOS 11 or later. If your device doesn't support iOS 11 (such as iPhone 5 and earlier), you can still access My Vodafone via the web.

Why the change in app logo colors??
Change the app logo colours back to the original red and white. There’s no need to show the LGBT rainbow colours on your app logo. Stick to what your company is supposed to do and what it’s original logo represents. As a customer, I don’t need to see those colours on my phone screen if i need to access details about my data or phone usage and plan. Show your support to whatever organization/s you like without impacting what a customer sees on their own devices.

You can switch over to the red and white logo in no time. Jump into the My Vodafone menu > Account settings > View all settings > Scroll down to App settings > App icon. Flick your phone off and back on to see the logo change right away.
I have been with the mobile phone company for more than 20 years and am now going to leave because this company has too many problems...I think I’ve just been with this company all these years because I thought it would get better but, I just seem to have problem after problem...For 2 months the app wouldn’t let me recharge my phone with my SAVED BANK DETAILS, i had to either buy a recharge voucher to apply it or I had to pay via PayPal, I have numerous times tried adding an add-on and it doesn’t work & I’ve had to ring customer service (and had to wait for more than 20mins) which they fixed...and then it happens again a few days later🤦🏽♀️ or you can’t connect to the app because it’s down (usually for a few hours at a time) that’s happened a lot to me...The coverage is still really bad...no matter where you are...
I work until 12am 5 days a week and around the time i finish is when I have a lot of connection/ technical problems...And in the weekends...These (similar) problems have been happening over the 20 years that I’ve been with this company and I’m over it...
I think it’s time to go elsewhere...
Does what I need it to do
My app works fine since update. Does what I need it to do, decent page layout, fairly easy to navigate. And don’t really care what colour your logo is doesn’t affect the app at all all the hate I’ve read towards the coloured logo is just ridiculous, it’s a logo, and it belongs to Vodafone they can do as they wish, they don’t tell you what coloured shirt to wear, people just have too much time on their hands to waste on nonsense. Put your energy into something useful haters.. good job Vodafone 👍
