Non Vodafone customers can download the app however data charges will apply as per your plan rate. When accessing the app overseas, international roaming charges will apply. When on Wi-Fi, My Vodafone may not continuously update if you’ve logged out of the app.

The My Vodafone app only works on iOS 14 or later, however for an optimum experience, its best to be on iOS 17.

Why? After 2 years of updates nothing has changed

Over 2 years nothing has changed, bugs aren’t fixed and yet they have an update just about every month. It’s not user friendly when paying your bill. Hasn’t let you save your credit details and still it gives you outline of conditions of using the app while terms of use keeps on changing and if you don’t agree with them tracking you and don’t care about your privacy with third parties conditions you can’t use the app. Also they are starting to act like a collection agency to their on time paying customers who pays their bills on time by sending them a reminder on the actual day of the bill, to pay your bill or you’ll be charged a late fee of $15. No Australian businesses have ever been so rude! I’ve been with Vodafone since day one. But if they treat their loyal customers like this I’m changing once my contract has ended. Whoever is the billing manager who thought like they should treat their customers so rudely needs to be fired as they are a big liability to the company! Customs Relation Manager should step in. Uncle Scrooge is in the house and bringing out the whip to threaten customers to pay bills on time!! It makes you think why the updates when there is nothing new with any features to make life easier. In fact it makes it difficult to login every now and then.

Noise on line and cu offs for NBN

I am not happy with Vodofone this last 12 mnths, I am continually having texts from NBN to say I may hav no connection, it happens regularly , say at 3 times a month, with/without notice plus noise in back ground of people talking, tools being dropped is awful

I am heartedly sick of it as work 3 mornings a week from home , not a good look after many many years with you and never a problem you will admit, account paid on time I have rid myself of dash c/wealth bank Dr debit they could not manage from my m/card plus others I took away from bank
Fir some unknown reason my phone, while talking on it, went black and enlarged it’s self with the green charging icon right full over screen, no communication till today from Tuesday/Wednesday, both iPad/l/top wouldn’t work
My provider now wants to charge $5 extra per month which I won’t pay , with loads of customers complaining so I have to go down to slower bpm and $5 less not a good look for iiNet/Westnet. as they have had many many complaints , Telstra/Optus hopeless plus one cannot understand the Filipino dialect, makes it very hard both on phone and shop to speak to an English speaking person!!!
Also I am sick to death of you sending textx to pay account at least twice per month and then thanking me for paying when I have and have not
I would respectfully advise you to cut line noise right off and stop wasting my time to have to read these texts please.

Please fix your app

Vodafone itself I’m happy with and have been a customer from nearly the beginning but their app on the other hand must be one of the most useless apps out there. When I try to login, most of the time it just has the red Vodafone symbol swirly thing going on and on forever without actually logging in. I have to close and reopen a few times before it occasionally works. Also, can it be that hard to show us how long we have left on our billing cycle on the main data usage page? After looking at all the other reviews, I find it incredulous that they haven’t fixed this app after all these years, so I won’t be holding my breath, but at least I have now vented my frustration.

UPDATE:- I don’t know why you ask for a screen recording, which I will try to remember to do, when all you have to do is try and log in on your own phones. As I look at all the other reviews, it seems to be a recurring theme, so it shouldn’t be too hard for you guys to emulate.
