Why? After 2 years of updates nothing has changed
Don’t update! Recent update, made annoying ap worse
I accidentally have auto updates- and now the ap NOT ONLY asks me for a freaking Link and send and click to even open the stupid ap- now it ALSO wants a pin just to CHECK my data useage!!? Why does that I do need to be locked down??? Sure - trying to change a plan- lock that down- but checking data??? And I’ve never USED a pin- if I had to give one at sign up - I entered the only possible pin- ONE TIME_ and it says “too many attempts try in 2hrs”… it’s not like the “break down “ is particularly that useful or thorough- it gives a figure per day that’s it. No websites no devices nothing- not really a security risk is it!! I can’t wait for this 2 year contract to end. I’m Leaving the moment I don’t get charged a leaving fee. Poor reception in most places in country- and now this Also the useage/used rings on the front page are not working it shows a full ring- indicating all used- but it’s only half used. And a second ring indicting time to go till end of the month is required. Preferably just outside/around the data ring… or not beside
Seems like I’m out of data…. With no way of topping up data
And not even the Voda phone ap or web site runs properly- I can’t even open the ap to find out/confirm I’m out of data! It won’t run it!
More superior providers let their own web site run at full speed- even when you’re out of data!!!
Just as well I have another phone that’s not Vodafone to find out!
Noise on line and cu offs for NBN
I am not happy with Vodofone this last 12 mnths, I am continually having texts from NBN to say I may hav no connection, it happens regularly , say at 3 times a month, with/without notice plus noise in back ground of people talking, tools being dropped is awful
I am heartedly sick of it as work 3 mornings a week from home , not a good look after many many years with you and never a problem you will admit, account paid on time I have rid myself of dash c/wealth bank Dr debit they could not manage from my m/card plus others I took away from bank
Fir some unknown reason my phone, while talking on it, went black and enlarged it’s self with the green charging icon right full over screen, no communication till today from Tuesday/Wednesday, both iPad/l/top wouldn’t work
My provider now wants to charge $5 extra per month which I won’t pay , with loads of customers complaining so I have to go down to slower bpm and $5 less not a good look for iiNet/Westnet. as they have had many many complaints , Telstra/Optus hopeless plus one cannot understand the Filipino dialect, makes it very hard both on phone and shop to speak to an English speaking person!!!
Also I am sick to death of you sending textx to pay account at least twice per month and then thanking me for paying when I have and have not
I would respectfully advise you to cut line noise right off and stop wasting my time to have to read these texts please.
