To use the app, you need to register. Register at: https://www.amp.co.nz/myamp-register
If you already have MyAMP, download the app then:
1. Enter your MyAMP username and password details.
2. Setup you four-digit PIN or turn biometric access in the app settings to turn on FaceID
Compatibility: Requires iOS 11.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone. This app is optimized for iPhone 5s and above.

AMP app waste of time
I am in Australia. When I try and use the app to see my balance I get told a system error has occurred try again later. It's been three weeks now. How much later will it be? who knows.
