This is not an App - awful
Not an app! Basically a link to a website. 2 of the 4 main menu options take you to ads for products which, if you’ve downloaded the app, you will already have! (i.e. card & account.) Have to use customer number & password to sign in to internet banking after opening app. Use the ‘back’ button and you have to sign in again! Can’t use Touch ID or set up a PIN to sign in. Menu is a mile long & menu headers not collapsible. Please give us a proper app where we can easily access account (with Touch ID or PIN) and see basic details like account balance & transaction history; keep the ‘contact us’ info and lose the rest. Thanks for listening.
You might as well just go onto safari and log in. This app is terrible. No quick balance, doesn’t remember your login details and everything just goes to a web page. Why even have an app?
Easy to use first release
This app is simple to use being a first release. Room for improvement. Please include TouchID and pin. Otherwise functional and quick to review balances.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
