MyCareManager is an app that connects you with your healthcare service provider and allows you to administer your health and wellness from your device. Your healthcare provider will be able to send you tasks with reminders, provide you with a view of your care plan goals and connect with you through video. This ensures your healthcare provider has near-real time information which will assist them in collaborating with you on your healthcare needs.
