Somehow worse than the website
I don’t care which doctor I see, so why have that as the first option. I have to log in for every different MyClinic rather than having a single login for every branch. Half the time it doesn’t recognise my details. If I can’t find an appointment at my nearest clinic I can’t change the clinic I’ve selected. The site is somehow better and worse than the app. It’s far quicker and easier to just call and book an appointment, which is what I still do
Horrible UI ruins what should be an essential app for patients
If you’re downloading this app because you find trying to book through the website a pain, you’re in for a nasty surprise. It’s basically the same poor interface, unresponsive, confusing, with weird floating panels and needless amounts of scrolling.
Often when you select a time and appointment type you are unable to choose a doctor. Often the last step fails and you can’t proceed to the booking page.
What is the point in pushing an app on patients that is basically the same terrible website in a wrapper? It might have saved some money, but it’s basically unusable in this state.
Great app... but
I like using this app however am very frustrated at having to keep logging in. Most apps once you’ve logged in that’s it. Why does this happen? Can it be fixed? Also if I want to choose a doctor before picking a time sometimes it freezes & wont let me go any further. I usually want to pick a doctor so that should be a prior option than time.
