Horrible customer service
After contacting the customer service team about an enquiry of a product already purchased they misunderstood my request and decided to cancel my order on my behalf without consulting me first. After numerous back and forth calls the customer service team still struggled to grasp the basic concepts and understandably as this is supposed to be an “AUSTRALIAN” business but yet their first line of contact are an international call centre that struggle to understand you. You may get cheap deals but you get what you pay for as far as cheap customer service and hopefully you have enough money to pay for the product twice while you wait for a refund if it ever even processes.
I’m sure you’ll have a good experience as long as you don’t try and contact their incompetent international call centre that the company has chosen to outsource as a costly blunder and losing customers like myself.

Overall good, just missing an important feature
I used to use this site a lot, however I’ve stopped using it because you can’t see which courier company things are shipped through. I’ve taken a gamble and used it twice in the last 2 years, and unfortunately both times the item was shipped through Couriers Please so hasn’t arrived. The driver in my area seems to fail to deliver. I tend to use other sites and pay more for items because I can check the courier company. There’s also no way to leave a message with a purchase, I’d be happy to purchase and request they don’t use that company to ship.
