The Smart Assist Application Allows Brands Signed Up On The Mydia Platform To Allow Their Customers To Send Requests To Their Staff By Scanning QR Codes. This Can Be Used In Various Environments Such As Retail Stores, Restaurants, Hotels, Etc.
The Client Signs Up To The Mydia Platform Offline And Is Given Their Backend Login Credentials. Through The Backend The Clients Can Create Customized QR Codes Through Which Their Customers Can Send Requests To Their Staff Members Who Have The Apple Watch. The Staff Can View And Manage These Requests Through The Apple Watch.
