Well I have just top up my mobile for $50 and now the roaming is going round and round.
I only made 3 calls, couple of messages and fishing on fb, the $50 credits is almost gone less than 13 hours. Next time I’ll be here in Samoa I will choose another provider. I will also going to write an article on their website for all the clients and potential clients to review and asking for their opinions about this Digitcel product
Useless
Digicel loves to point you in the direction of this app to manage your account but it’s useless. Often says “internet not available” even though they claim to provide free bandwidth for the app. But almost always the Home Screen says “This feature is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.” No wonder their nickname is “Dodgy Cell.
Pity you can’t rate it 0 stars
This update is worse than the previous version and should be withdrawn until it actually works.
No information on data used (graphical in the old app)
No information on purchase or top up histories — “coming soon” is not good enough
Wifi modem information “not available in your country”
Seems I’ll be back pestering their call centre.
