The local member of parliament was writing how good the ‘new app’ is. So installed again. And guess what... it STILL does not work. I called and THIS time was given a Customer Internal ID, and thought I was IN. But no. Verification email does NOT come. Ever. Useless useless useless.
PS the person on the Contact phone number said she doesn’t use the app, never seen the app, couldn’t care less about the app.

Customer internal ID?
No any explanation in what a customer internal ID is or where to apply for one. I wonder who could easily use this app without any help from other resources. Very disappointing and unhelpful.
Always says check your email to verify your account and I have already done this.
