1. In the feedback area you can only choose from generic options. Preventing all constructive criticism from being sent. (Seriously who did this? They obviously don't like user feedback and deserve a slow clap).

2. Why can't I copy my Medicare card number?! It would be very useful for filling out online forms.

3. And why do I have to tap the card to reveal the card number? Are you worried someone will steal it? Is this an actual problem or have you created an unnecessary solution for a problem that doesn't exist and therefore added an extra inconvenient step for every Australian?

4. Why can't I import these cards into my wallet app on my phone? Oh, you created your own wallet app! Oh that's clever and useful (no it's not). Why don't we let every bank and company create their own wallet app and we can have many wallet apps? Because the whole point of the wallet app is to have a CENTRAL place for cards to belong so you aren't hunting around for the various apps all the time. Keep the existing wallet in the app but allow the individual items to be imported into the Apple Wallet app - please!

The feedback form is a useless thumbs up or down. So no way to actually notify the app makers of any issues. Also I’m using the app with a disability (speaking issues) & there is no email address anywhere to contact them only phone numbers, Please improve accessibility. Many links throughout the app don’t work. In the workforces app if you click on a job the link on the next page you click on another link presumably external but brings up a warning so can’t apply for any of the jobs or see any info about them. & the first page doesn’t have enough info for you to try & search the internet yourself to find it. No way for me to share screenshots of warnings that pop up. Seriously … providing a thumbs up or down feedback form helps absolutely no one, developers or customers. Please create atleast a bug submission page if you are trying to avoid having to listen to all the other complaints

This is just a worse version of the website with no ability to edit your personal details (which was recently downgraded on the website so you can no longer edit certain features online at all). This app just seems unnecessary, but at least it runs better than any app the government has put out (really not saying much). Two stars because I'm impressed that it didn't immediately crash when I opened it.
