Description
The myHizentra™ App has been developed by CSL Behring (Australia) Pty Ltd. ABN 48 160 734 761 (“CSL Behring”), 189–209 Camp Rd, Broadmeadows VIC 3047, Australia.
This app is designed to be used only by Australian patients prescribed HIZENTRA®. An activation code is therefore required to access the app. Australian patients can contact their nurse or doctor to request an activation code.
The app includes information about HIZENTRA and a patient diary to record HIZENTRA infusions. In the diary, patients can also track their symptoms and both the symptoms and infusion history can be exported to send to a patients nurse or doctor.
The app also includes an infusion reminder service and barcode scanner functionality so patient can easily record and manage their HIZENTRA stock in the home.

Outdated - could be quite good
A few simple tweaks would make this more user friendly (ie add a start and finish time and auto calculate the duration) but there doesn’t seem to be a way to find out what the plan is to refresh the app.
It definitely needs to be updated and even if there was a way we could suggest improvements they could then be prioritised (hey CSL, you wouldn’t have to think off anything!) it would make us poor plebs who HAVE to use it - it’s not a choice here! - feel like we’re not forgotten with a very outdated app to manage our medical condition(s)
Progress?
Update settings not functioning (doesn’t update anything). Barcode scanner STILL doesn’t work. Export calendar no longer has filter, so it export EVERYTHING, EVERY TIME! Can’t see a point of this major update really.
This app does not open on the iPhone 12 😩😩
