Worked for a week & now can’t find gateway

The app worked for a while & controlled my lights etc easily although it is pretty slow to start. Now for the past few days it just won’t connect and there is no troubleshooting or any way past this. Rebooted the system; disconnected & reconnected the app; installed on a different device all to no avail.

Pretty flaky.

Glitchy

Omg , this is the slowest app ever .. I’m embarrassed to show my family and friends in case it decides not to load and work .. paid a lot of money for something which is useless .. get your act together guys .. how do I get a refund on the whole system I placed through my house.. wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemies

What a nightmare

I can’t even get past the connection process, the app shows you how to find the pin code for the system but doesn’t show you how to find the IP address (which I eventually did) and also asks for “Serial”. It gives no further information on where to find it or what it is and I just can not get connection to the system. App is just way to basic it like they made it because they had too.
