Awesome experience with jio fiber
Hope they could have monthly installment charges as of the quarterly yearly system. Hope this is only because of the ongoing crisis. But very bad idea dont know when the internet maybe shutdown again
Good service
It was really easy to talk to customer service executives who really helped a lot over the phone and also explained how to navigate on the My Jio App
Reminder calls
Im disappointed by the reminder calls everytime i try to call someone. The reminder calls come before i get to call, i mean wth, what if i was in emergency to call someone but instead i get this stupid reminder call telling me when will the plan gets expire. I know when my plan will get expire. So im requesting you to add option to disable this reminder call.
