I have religiously used this app every day since downloading it.I had never had surgery before and the helpful tips pre surgery were great.After care has been really good too lots of tips on how to look after yourself post op.Received my Apple Watch very quickly after ordering and have loved watching my steps increase and my general movement and well being.Great app.

This app is designed to help prepare you for surgery and go through rehab afterwards. It has a couple of neat features, like instruction videos for exercises, walking speed before and after surgery, and what’s safe to do. Only problem is that my care team didn’t use it. It’s a great reminder to do exercises - but the ones the physician had me doing beforehand, and the ones the physio had me doing afterwards, varied significantly. If the care team or patient had access to make the program match, it would be a heap better. The information in the program was useful, and in some cases very helpful, but in others wasn’t timely. For example, it would have been really helpful to know that waxing/shaving was banned for a week before surgery - with more than 24 hours notice. And afterwards, the pool and resuming driving education pieces were weeks away from my surgeon’s policies. It would be good if those had been collected and reflected in the information to me. The content is good and can see this getting to be really useful in future. But needs more buy in or ability to customize to be really useful, and not there yet.

I love this App. It was so nice to be able to ask a question to any of the medical staff at any time. Also to have rehab on my wrist and results readily available with check-ins was such a great idea. I felt very well supported post op. Great idea. 👏

This app reminds you to do exercises that are suited to your abilities. It provides timely education and information around what you can and shouldn’t do, and keeps track of your surgery date and medical follow up.
