Make it work?

After going through the tedious process of identification....
I closed the app, now it just doesn’t start again. The circly thing of doom just keeps wheeling around.
Thought it might be a glitch on the iPad version, so I downloaded it on my phone, same tedious ID process and lo, same result.
Other mobile providers are offering web based access to account details, that works. This doesn’t for me, if it’s just me well what’s 1 customer right?

Stolen money

I paid R499 for 10GB of data. Amount was debited from my bank account, and no data has been credited to my phone. This was almost a month ago. MTN have been “investigating”, but have done nothing concrete. Highly disappointing to have money stolen by a massive national telecommunications company.
