Excellent online shopping site
Hi there I am always pleased to shop online on Myntra. The site is very user friendly, products are very fashionable & affordable. Delivery of goods is also fast & they ensure the safety of the product while delivering. One suggestion that I would like to make is if Myntra starts accepting foreign bank cards for payments and start delivering to a few countries, it would be a cherry on top! Something like just a selected countries to start with and delivery options available on certain amount becomes possible then people living outside India can enjoy their shopping experience more. My favourite store
Since I work in media industry, i hardly get anytime to go out on shopping, except for emergencies, and i dont get the right choice of clothing quiet often. So, whenever i get spare time (mostly in bed) , i open up my myntra app and just go crazy with it. Im able to choose anything i like and purchase it very easily. I have been a frequent user since 2011. Even during offer season, it gives me notifications so that i could still buy some products at a much discounted rates. Thank you Myntra.
WORST SERVICE EVER RECEIVED
I requested for return as these heels didn’t fit me properly but MYNTRA reshipped it to me because it did not pass quality check (the product is unused). After I requested for return 3 times but no one came for pickup but I received messages saying return on hold & did not pass quality check and my request got cancelled everytime ( the product was with me during all of this , it didn’t even go through the procedure). I contacted customer care 4 times and told about all of this but my issue didn’t resolve . It’s been long enough these heels are still with me and MYNTRA hasn’t taken any action! This is the worst service I’ve ever received! I keep contacting them asking them to kindly resolve my issue but they do nothing! THESE HEELS HAVE BEEN WASTE OF MONEY FOR ME ( as i cannot even use it because of the size issue).
