    Finally after years of paying huge subscriptions they develop an app that actually works!! Long overdue. Should never have been that hard to do. Haven’t been able to use app for MYOB for a very long time. This one has been needed all along. Basically but works!!!!

  • MYOB capture quicker

    Whilst the Assist app is great for access to many more features, it is a huge step back versus Capture for uploading receipts. What was once a very quick and 2 click process is now 5 clicks (even with biometric login) just to upload a receipt. Maybe MYOB were too quick to get rid of capture for those using mobile functions purely for expense / receipt uploading. Or a quick li nk/click to capture receipts could be implemented at first screen

    Thanks for your feedback! We understand it's not as straightforward as opening to a camera to snap a picture of your receipt, like in capture app, but as we bring in more features into one mobile experience, we need to enable you to navigate to each feature. We'll be rolling out more features in the app in the near future and have some exciting plans for 2026.   • Cuts my second job admin in half

    Ability to capture receipts before I lose them is so handy and lets me invoice when I’m on my commute to and from work. More functionality in the app would be great.

  • Too Slow

    The new update is to slow to log in and won’t stay logged in the whole time. Virtually useless to me now as it takes to long to perform the 1 function that originally used it for. Feels like they completely changed the functionality of the app when it wasn’t necessary. MYOB are behind the times with their phone apps and the price just keeps increasing for no real benefit to my business.

    Thanks for taking the time to feed this back to us! We understand it can be annoying to be logged out and need to login again. We built the app with security in mind to protect your account on all platforms. The auto-log out helps increase security and protect your data between both platforms. To login faster enable face ID or touch ID (if you're on Android) by going to More > Enable Biometrics. This will save you time logging in. Thanks ^MYOB

  • No faster

    AI capture is no faster than the old capture app. Supposed to capture on the fly but couldn’t cause MYOB logged me out for unknown reason so I missed the capture. Forgot to log in and I was still logged out. People waiting at the fuel bowser. Missed that capture. It’s not really any good if you have to keep logging in. I have face recognition active and it still logged me out

    Thanks for sharing this }-{ippy. Capturing a receipt in the moment needs to happen fast and the security of your data is just as important. To balance this out, the app logs out after 30 minutes of inactivity, while still being designed to let you get back in quickly. If your device supports biometric login, tap ‘more' (bottom right) then select ‘enable biometrics’ under Account Settings. Thanks ^MYOB
