DID SOMEONE SAY “PAINT JOB”??
Here at MYOB, you could say that we’re pedantic about intricacies... That means things like colour palettes are taken very seriously. When we heard you wanted your overdue invoices shown in red and your paid ones in green, you bet our flamboyant inner interior designers started squealing. It got us trawling through colour codes like “Raspberry Bellini Red” and “Soft Mythic Green” until we found the perfect look. Colours are important. But mainly, we’re all about saving you time and effort.
Ratings and Reviews
Great app, just needs a tweak or two. I tried numerous times to create a quote while on the road and it kept having an error and would not create. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and starting from scratch but it would not work. Only way I could create a quote was to create an invoice and I will need to convert to quote when I get back to office. Also payment option choices were limited when I received a payment the other day, we received payment by direct deposit and this wasn’t an option. Also, I could not change the date of the payment received, it would only put in todays date, so I had to adjust once in office again. Excited for the possibilities.
Good app just two small problems
Two problems I would like fixed.
I can’t send invoices from the app it said it was sent but it wasn’t which is a pain because I am always on the go but I have to wait till I get home boot up the computer to send my invoices.
The other thing is if someone pays and account by bpay I again have to wait till I get home to put in account paid I can’t do this with the app.

Despite the app being super limited anyway,
I don't know where else to give MYOB a review so I'm writing it here.
I'm so tired of being locked out of my account due to stupid 2FA that I can't take it anymore and on the verge of cancelling my ,forever price increasing, subscription. This is a monthly occurrence. Even my accountant hates essentials and gets locked out. I have a new phone and can't use Google authenticator to log in so I can't use essentials until I can get someone support on the phone - which is impossible! All I want to do is send a small invoice but apparently the security risks involved are to high if I don't have 2FA.
What else can I do but cancel?
Do not use MYOB essentials!

Sorry to hear that your app isn't working. We've made quite a few updates to MYOB your last review, and you'll be happy to know that you can now create quotes and invoices and send them to your customers on-the-go :)
