Please disregard the negative reviews by others and focus on what really matters the help the understanding and the respect this team and app has showed me and the family The service that I received was absolutely outstanding and excellent I couldn’t get any help but then when I explained my circumstances they were more than happy to help me they have helped me out so much this week by just letting me get the help that I need from them I couldn’t ask for more outstanding service and I would recommend them to absolutely anybody claudia from the my pay team has helped so much. They are hassle stress free unlike banks ect ive missed payments due to their understanding they have given me so much time to pay back. And have had extensions i highly reccomend the service they value customers who use the app and understand situations i love the app and the mypay family team big thanks to claudia

It’s so great!! I can access my pay instead of using credit cards. It keeps me focused on paying back on the day date without almost no interest. The staff I deal are brilliant. On a couple of occasions when other issues came up and I was unable to meet the due date they were so supportive and understanding which you don’t get very often with other lenders. I would highly recommend Mypay to everyone...It is so much better than credit cards with their huge interest attached but also keeps you focused and paying back on time. That way credit cards don’t get you in to trouble. Try it for sure and remember the staff are true Customer Service people delivering just as the words say. I don’t say that lightly!!!

I had a couple of unexpected expenses pop-up during what was already very tricky financial times for me. I did a Google search to see if ‘Payday Loans’ was still a thing when I stumbled upon MyPayNow. Having used their service, I’d describe them as ‘a gift from the heavens’ & here are some of the reasons why:• The MyPayNow website & app are user friendly & very easy to navigate.• The MyPayNow application process is simplified, streamlined & can be completed within minutes.• Once your application is approved, MyPayNow make it very easy for you to read/sign your contract & to receive your money (the funds are the. in your account in <5mins).• And finally, their customer service deserve a lot of praise. I once contacted them between 5-6pm on a Saturday & not only did I get an immediate response but my issue was resolved in <1hr! MyPayNow “bailed me out of a jam”, I bet not many apps can make that claim!Thank you to the MyPayTeam (especially Melissa) & keep up the good work :-)

Wow I’m shocked this is even a thing! I set up an account last night and had some issues with my pay not being recognised. I sent one emailto customer service last night and this morning had an email back to say they have manually added my pay. When I logged back in I could access funds. The amount was much bigger then I was expecting. This is such a great app and such a great service and idea that can really people who might fall short from time to time. This can also help avoid those horrible payday loans that bleed you dry in interest and fees. 10/10 thank you.
