Description
MyPouch - Stored and Secure is the personal assistant you never had but always needed.
As time goes on, you accrue various licences, certifications and inductions, these come with a document/card and potential expiry date. The more you have the harder it is to keep track of where they are and when they expire.
MyPouch is designed to manage this for you. It will eliminate the worry of missing renewal, and potential issues of having these licences, certifications or inductions expire.
MyPouch features include:
* Digital safe storage of your documents/cards with sections for you to record all relevant details. It eliminates the need to carry and the risk of losing original/bulky documents.
* Notifcations can be applied to provide reminders in the weeks and days before a particular document/card expiry date.
* Export feature for all categories will assist with sending required documents to new and current employers/third parties.
* The ability to search your documents and produce them immediately for on-site audits and instant induction confirmation.
MyPouch helps to avoid reliance on snail mail or missed emails avoiding impending expiries. Once you have uploaded all the correct credentials and opted for notifications, MyPouch will take care of the rest for you.

Brilliant idea. Turning up to site and having to dig through my wallet to find copies of my licenses and competencies to do an induction is always painful, there’s always something that’s not in there. Heaven forbid you forget your wallet.
Also keeping track of expiries on inductions, licences and what not. Couldn’t recommend this enough for trades and businesses.

Very useful
I have recently had to do a fair bit of short term contract work meaning I have to keep on supplying various documents to new sites and employers when on boarding and being inducted. This app has made that very easy for me and the expiry notifications are an added bonus, highly recommend

Good for commercial and healthcare
Been using this app for a few weeks, a mate recommended it. It paid off today when I had a safety audit and didn’t have to go back to my car which was in the basement of highrise. Passed with flying colours and saved at least an hour
