Really complicated experience trying to get an eSIM. The website didn’t process the tourist sim for Indonesia. I did receive an email for each attempt telling me to complete payment - the email doesn’t provide a payment link, and one cannot be found on website.The app only sold me a non-tourist eSIM, but then requested Indonesian ID which I don’t have. Then the customer service chat denied to cancel or refund the transaction.The app and website kept reverting back to Bahasa Indonesia despite selecting English.
