This app is leaps and bounds in front of the leading service provider in Australia.
It’s simple. Put money on the app, but the package you want. How hard can it be?
Next... and this is the best feature in my books... I can download a movie, and in real-time know how much data I have left.

Action may be up to 48 hours old and you could well have used more data than this” or words to that effect. So if you are coming down close the wire, you could already be over your limit.
Telkomsel... live. 270 million people. I don’t think o have seen a persona u der the age of 6 without a phone here. Of course not all use Telkomsel, however they are the leading carrier in Indonesia for coverage. Just like that Australian carrier.
Australia could do themselves a favour and get on some of this technology.
Looks great but doesn’t work so great.
I have spent many frustrated hours using this app. I do not understand why to purchase a package with Telkomsel you have to add credit to your account? Why do you have to put a larger amount of money in to Telkomsels coffers and then buy a package? Leaving credit n your account? Great for Telkomsel but terrible for the customer.
My biggest complaint with this app is that it restarts each time you hop out of it to find an account number or to do a transaction in another app. Drives you nuts. Telkomsel this app makes what should be a quick and easy transaction slow and complicated and frustrating. It is a reflection of your poor customer service protocols.
Cannot log in after update
Since the latest update with the new security I cannot login.
I put in my phone number to login(App was working perfectly before update btw)
I get a text(although update details says I need to type in *323*10# to receive a one time password) I type in this pin and returns to login in screen saying “session has timed out”. All this occurs in only 20sec so timed out is impossible.
All too often this app is updated with field testing. Has happened on at least 3 occasions in the last few months.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
