After downloading, just register and look out for your verification email from Toyota. If own your Toyota, add your Toyota's Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) or registration number and batch number to get started. Definitely an issue with this app
I recently purchased a new vehicle and a 20cpl fuel discount should have applied. For some reason Toyota seems to think I have not registered my vehicle with the app! It is there when I open the app and also if I access it directly on Toyota’s website! It will also not allow me to save my preferred dealer? I have contacted both the dealer and the helpline but as yet still no fix??

Not a useful app
I booked a service through this app and I received a SMS stating that Toyota service team will contact me to confirm the booking. Since I never a call from them, I called them and they mentioned that the app does not have access to their systems and whatever service availability booking date that is displayed on the app will be irrelevant to the service availability date on their system and hence they requested to always call them for any service booking. So this app is basically misguiding the customers by showing incorrect booking dates and the booking information is not sent to the relevant service department to confirm my service booking.
Secondly, the app does not fetch the service history from the dealer and it only shows when is the next service.
The worst thing is the app does not offer file discounts on coles express. I used to fill the tank only in shell coles express and I have never ever filled petrol in BP or Caltex.
It would be good if myToyota offers file discounts in other petrol outlets and not specific to Caltex

Desktop and smartphone sync
I logged in via desktop today and had two vehicles in my garage. I deleted one vehicle which updated my garage to just one vehicle and then logged out. Soon after, I launched the app, logged in and I still had two vehicles in my garage? Don’t the desktop version and the phone app sync up?
