First of all, only show price increased at payment stage. Went back and did a new search, still show you the lower price. Then, bought cancellation protection. Need to cancel due to tested Covid positive. On the phone for almost one hour, keeps telling me they can’t see the protection I bought. Asked if I could send my confirmation to someone, direct me on to their online chat. The chat was slow, unclear, repetitive. My flight was 12 midday. At 9:53 the online chat told me I can’t cancel as I need to do it 2 hours before the flight. Then no matter how I try to reason with them that 1) it’s not yet less than 2 hours; 2) I was on the phone way before the 2 hours mark and it was their responsibility, all I got was repetitive answer till I asked for complain number. Then it turned out the guy on the phone made a mistake and asked the order number instead of booking number, and he was looking at someone else’s account anyways. For one hour, surely you’d thought to double check if you got the right information. Almost feel that are just stalling for time. Seriously, this is how you do business?

Hi My Trip, I had booked flight from melbourne to brisbane few months back from your company but due to certain circumstances I had to cancel my flight. I even spent extra money to get my ticket insured. After the cancellation I got the order number from you guys that I can use for rebooking the flight. But when I am trying to call now people on the other end of phone is holding my phone again and again and at last they are saying that there is no flight or whatsoever or sometimes they are saying no price is shown in any flight. But when i check on the app from where they booked my flight with you guys … they have plenty of flight to brisbane on same day and time within good price. Are you guys trying to steal my money or what? On the top of that now you guys are saying I have to add extra 50$ for changing date on arrival and return plus extra 100$ charge on flight cause it expensive now which means adding 200$ total on my previois paid 190$. And if i book ticket on my own it is just 180$ both arrival and return. what a joke ? Am i stupid.

Lufthansa cancelled our last leg of flights to Europe booked through MyTrip. After waiting 2 hours on hold to speak with Mytrip they offered me alternative flight but wouldn’t send confirmation straight away but told me to wait for someone to contact me in the next 2-5 business days, whilst out departure was only 7 days away. 3 days later I received an email from MyTrip saying that they can’t do anything to help us. I then proceeded to call again MyTrip, waited another 2 hours on the hold to speak with someone who could not seem to understand english and had no desire to help us, instead she gave me false information that our whole trip was cancelled. Honestly the most useless travel company ever. DO not use!
