Ratings and Reviews
Better than the web browser
It has had many improvements in the latest version. I now stay logged in and can manage my account order more securities etc
However as other reviews have stated it is clunky. Thank god I have an iPad Pro which is able to give it the resources it requires however on my iPhone 6 it hardly works. Also it crashes very often.
Still it’s better than the mobile site (especially the new ‘NabTrade Mobile Experience’ which has far less features than both this app and the standard website and still requires a login every time which defeats the purpose of an app) however I would like to see more features such as being able to transfer funds between cash accounts, view of total wealth and many bug fixes and performance improvements. However I doubt this will happen. I have now switched to CommSec which has a much better mobile app, full intervention with CommBank and lets me link a debit card to my CommSec cash account. It’s sad that it’s easier for a NAB customer to use CommSec than NABTrade.
This is not NAB standards
This app is so disappointing, this is not the quality expected from NAB ,,, sign in is very annoying you should at least put the option of 4 digit password or even better the finger print sign in ,,,, no proper charts as existing ones do not show comparisons or volumes or other options to compare ,,, watchlist keeps disappearing unless you save it each time you make a change ,,, no market recommendations or evaluation of stock from professionals ,,, portfolio can be displayed in a much better way showing more details about gains and losses ,,, detailed trading is not available,,, try to add currencies and commodities markets ,,, i like the market view and how you can choose from different sectors and the lows and highs ... please put some effort to improve this app ... cheers
This app is soo bad I honestly can’t believe anyone uses it.. recent update has made it even worse totally useless..
How incompetent can the developers be to allow Nab to use such a terrible platform. Invest some money for crying out loud look at all the alternative products you are stuck in the late 90’s... I can’t select 0 star or minus star... find another trading platform people.
This would be the worst app in the App Store. Someone has actually voted more than one star... this amazes me did they click on the wrong app and review? Or maybe they are employed by Nab to write reviews...
