With the National Pharmacies app you can:
Link your membership
Link you National Pharmacies membership to the app to access your digital card.
Order medications
Order your repeat medications ahead of time and pick them up in your chosen National Pharmacies store.
Track your scripts
See all your scripts automatically in one place, including repeats remaining, personalised dose instructions and complete medication information. Snap and send feature allows you to take a photo of your scripts and upload via the app to send to your Pharmacists.
Receive medication reminders
Be reminded about when to take your medications, when to fill a script at the pharmacy or when to see your doctor. We help you to remember so you don’t need to.
Care for others
Add children, spouse or elderly parents medications to your account so you can easily track, manage and order their medications too.
***NOTE: Setting up an account is FREE but must be approved by your pharmacist to connect your medications to your profile and be able to place orders.
Your personal prescription data will always be kept private, with advanced encryption and security features***

Just wasted 3 hours
Round and round in circles. Get new password….then not accepted. This is just a ridiculous waste of valuable time. Maybe time to opt out of being a member. All too hard. This app is appalling and i resent having to register with another group just to be able to use this app. ( MediAdviser) I just want a digital,card. Is that too much to hope for and do NOT tell me to contact support etc etc. Get your act together and fix this rubbish. I refuse to waste another second on it after i press send on this review. Your App…YOU fix it,

Bring back old app
I second the recent review and trouble with the digital card. All I want is to access the digital card so the shop assistant doesn’t have to manually enter it each time. The instruction on the website on how to link the membership are not correct. Instructions say click the My Membership button in the top right corner. However the button doesn’t exist. Please update your instruction on how to link a membership
So what’s new
I acknowledge that the developers accept responsibility for the previous app.
I downloaded the new app.
The app did not allow me to login using existing credentials.
Using previously valid email address and password I was unable to login.
The forgotten password process accepted my previously accepted email address and advised that an email message would be delivered and would provide details regarding access to the new app.
Now, four hours later, it seems that nothing is going to happen.
I have the overwhelming impression that this app is no better than the previous disaster.

Hi there,
Thank you for your feedback, we are very sorry to hear you are having troubles logging in. The initial log in stage of the app would be using your existing MedAdvisor log in, if you don’t have an existing MedAdvisor account you will just need to register for one. Once you have then logged in with this account, you will be able to link your National Pharmacies membership from there. If it is the password for your MedAdvisor account you are having trouble re-setting, you can also visit your local National Pharmacies store and the Pharmacy staff will be able to assist with this, we would also recommend double checking that the password rest email hasn’t got caught in your junk mail folder just in case.
