National Roadside Assist provides an additional method of requesting roadside service National Roadside Assist have released this mobile application to provide an added method of requesting roadside service to their customers. Registered customers can now log requests for motor vehicle emergency breakdown and roadside assistance via their mobile device. The application authenticates the user against their warranty registration information, and then allows them to perform the following actions: -Initiate a request for assistance directly from their mobile phone, simultaneously allowing them to enter their location, or use the GPS functionality of their phone to automatically provide their location -Specify the nature of assistance required -Confirm that assistance has been received -Indicate that further assistance is required -Cancel a request for assistance if the matter is resolved -View and Update the contact details listed in their policy -National Roadside Assist website -Book a service -New and used vehicles search engine

Basic app, works well, you need to put correct information in for it to work though. The information also has to match the Roadside database in order to activate. It asks for rego and CONTRACT number. All these negative reviews are probably from people who put in wrong information, as the app works perfectly for me.

This app seems simple enough but irritatingly signs me out every time I close it so have to be continually looking up my contact number etc to log in which is definitely NOT what you want to be doing if you need their assistance. Why does it not just remember that, or at least use Face ID? Needs fixing
