Needs to clarify currency.
Hotels seem much more expensive in trip actions versus booking direct. Then again ‘$’ doesn’t really make it clear what the currency is when using the app overseas.
Be real careful, they will double charge you.
Continued headaches booking travel
with this app. They will put through multiple holds on your credit card for a single trip, and I’ve had repeated issues where my credit card gets fully maxed out and becomes unusable.
Their support will not get back to you for 3 days so you’d better be able to double pay whilst they sort it out or you can expect serious credit card fees.
I wish I could give Navan 0 stars. Terrible customer service and a major headache and time waste compared to booking direct.
Cannot login
I am able to login on the desktop browser, but the app is impossible, sending me into a never ending loop of authenticating, receiving the email, clicking the link, and then the app sits there. Security is important no doubt, but sometimes it’s complicated for the sake of it. App doesn’t work because I can’t login, and doesn’t seem to be anywhere to get support from Navan. Frustrated.
