Needs work to make app useful
I was pleased u had an app so eagerly downloaded it. The sign up process was poor. Firstly, the fields should be named FirstName, LastName, Mobile, Email so AutoFill works for those who have password generator software. When I typed in the text (ie FirstName etc) the text is coloured white so it is impossible to check the accuracy of entries until Submitting & finding there must have been an error (what error?). I downloaded app from iPhone App Store. Won’t be setting up an account until these changes r done, so please let me know when u have made changes to personal details entry fields on Signup page.
Poor login system - fail at start
The store has the QR code at counter — you try and enter your details as a new customer and then the app is suppose to send a pin via SMS .. that doesn’t come until you arrive home and about to delete the app due to the stress it caused .. so useless at store when trying to get first order and delays other customers.
Also trying to obtain QR code is difficult as it is too small on the sign and hard to get reader to access
I like to shop at Neighbourhood Store Co .. but will not use the app ever for such little reward in return
