Eligible customers can activate their Netball Season Pass until 31 Dec 2019 using their compatible Telstra mobile or tablet on the Telstra mobile network.
The Netball Season Pass expires on 31 January 2020 and is only for use within Australia.
Outside Australia – The Netball Live app will live stream 2019 Suncorp Super Netball matches internationally to users who have a valid subscription through the App Store.
The Netball Live app will live stream the Quad Series, Constellation Cup and Fast5 World Series matches internationally to users who have a valid subscription through the App Store, excluding UK and New Zealand users. The video is restricted to the mobile device screen size being used and cannot be casted on to a larger screen. Data charges apply.
Standard data charges apply when downloading the Netball Live Official app. Video data usage is unmetered within Australia for Eligible customers in respect of supported Telstra devices.

Telstra’s agreement with Netball Australia restricts the display of some live match videos to the current screen size. Match highlights and match replays are available for viewing in full screen size.

Ratings and Reviews
It’s a good start...
I think the app is generally good that you watch live games, it’s easy to navigate. I’m a Telstra customer so I get it free but understand that non Telstra customers would have to pay$30 annually if they want to be able to watch matches live.
Improvements I’d like to see are:
1. If you’ve missed a match, replays should be available in less than an hour. Instead you can wait up to 4-5 hours (or longer) post the match. Not good enough for a big teleco to be that slow in loading a video
2. Scores are given away when you open the front screen. Again if you want to watch the match on delay most of the time you don’t want to know the score
3. Please make the ladder more prominent and not tucker away like it is
4. Improve the functionality on the Telstra TV, app keeps crashing and generally not working or when it does work it, it will jump you back got the opening netball screen.
Mostly a good app
I enjoy all the features of this app, the team lineup, fixtures, replays from last year, and up to date news. The only complaint I have is that when watching replays the app crashes a lot. I’ve never been able to watch a full reply without it crashing. When you reopen the app, the game has gone back to the beginning - so frustrating! And there’s no way of finding where you were up to - just slide the timer along to roughly where you think and hope for the best. I always lose a few minutes of every quarter, or have to rewatch what I’ve already seen. Please fix this glitch! Otherwise it’s great, and even though you have to pay to watch it (if you’re not with Telstra) I don’t mind, as the sport is building and one day hopefully the games will be free.
Since I am with Telstra internet, but not Telstra mobile to view this content I have to buy a subscription. But sadly this app is nowhere near worth paying for. You have no idea the frustration when you jump on to see if the game you are waiting for has been uploaded and the final scores are the first thing that loads on the page! Completely ruining the suspense of the game since you know the outcome. This app does not come with chromecast compatibility and therefore I can’t stream the games to the tv for my entire family to watch. It is also quite frustrating when the app crashes or you need to check something and have to exit out of the app, it does not remember where you were and starts the game from the beginning. Overall a very negative experience and I will be cancelling my subscription and waiting the extra time for the games to appear on the 9now app.

Sorry you’ve had frustrations with the app. There actually is a hide scores function which can be accessed by tapping the SSN logo in the top left corner. If you mainly watch replays you can leave this on. Also with our most recent update there is chromecast support when you access a video.
