Description

Ratings and Reviews
Good. But, lacks a lot of functionalities
Should be able to track the full cycle of an issue. At the moment, the issue initiator can just add his issue and subscribe to it. But then later there can be no interaction and he/she can only view the notifications.
Moreover, the app does not highlight the “age” of the issue. So, it doesn’t highlight the turnaround time and thus fails to evaluate the productivity of netstrata in resolving the issues, in any form.
Unable to login and no support
Got absolutely nowhere with this app. Registered and jumped through all the hoops to get access, and nothing. Raised it with Netstrata, who sent it to IT/Developers who did a little bit of troubleshooting and re-setting over the phone with no success. Took details to investigate and never heard from them again.

Seems like you're trying to get access on an outdated version of the app. Please update Netstrata Space to the latest version via the App Store. If you continue experiencing problems, email me directly at dennis.tang@netstrata.com.au and I'll help resolve this.
The App needs updating
The app shows main reports raised ages ago - you should be able to delete them.
It does not show you when the AGM is planned
I get a disappearing notification for the AGM and no further details
There should be a link to send an email or chat function
The app is on 50% able to do what it should do
