Good. But, lacks a lot of functionalities

Should be able to track the full cycle of an issue. At the moment, the issue initiator can just add his issue and subscribe to it. But then later there can be no interaction and he/she can only view the notifications.
Moreover, the app does not highlight the “age” of the issue. So, it doesn’t highlight the turnaround time and thus fails to evaluate the productivity of netstrata in resolving the issues, in any form.

Unable to login and no support

Got absolutely nowhere with this app. Registered and jumped through all the hoops to get access, and nothing. Raised it with Netstrata, who sent it to IT/Developers who did a little bit of troubleshooting and re-setting over the phone with no success. Took details to investigate and never heard from them again.
