As helpful as can be.

As a person suffering from a spinal injury in a rural area this app allows me to undertake exercises in my own home without having to travel long distance for professional rehabilitation all the time. Would strongly recommend to anyone whether they are already undergoing therapy or are currently unable to.

Unreal App

After having a minor spinal injury from playing football I decided to give this app a whirl and thank Goodness for this great app it’s help me to free up my back and making a slow comeback to the game I love.
