The Neurocog App is an excellent tool for improving your mental health which allows you to track your emotions using the Emotion Log before and after the event. See the progress over time with simple and easy-to-use Emotion Trends and do exercises to increase your neurocognitive capacity and stress management.

This is our clinical and self-help app based on The Neurocog System.
The app includes the quick and easy to use:
Emotional Rating Chart (ERC) - a fast and simple tool for emotional and contextual content prior to self-help or clinical session.
Clinician Feedback Form (CFF) - an accurate but rapid post-clinical session measure for motivation and clinical efficacy tracking.

Emotion Log is the app’s main instrument Here you may select the emotions and feelings about Self, Others, and Overall before rating how strong they are. Glad, Mad, Sad, Anxious - how would you describe your emotions at the moment?

The exercises guide you through personal development to achieve a better life, with only a 15-minute daily commitment for better mind-body connection: breath deeply, calm down and relax, focus your mind, use creative visualization, stay present and aware of your thoughts and emotions, and trace the emotional responses to events of your life.

The Neurocog app collects your efforts in a journal - check your progress, or share the results with a supporting professional - coach, psychologist, or psychotherapist.

Absolutely Life-Changing for ADHD

I have struggled with time my entire life. Waking up late, getting to places late, going to bed late, etc. This app seems almost too good to be true and has changed my life in a matter of 24 hours using it for my morning and night routine. Allowing myself to realize how much time everything will actually take and giving me an ETA of sorts that gets pushed back whenever I take longer on a task is just revolutionary for my severe lack of time concept.

The ONLY thing that could make it better is if I could link a routine within a routine. For example, I usually shower in the morning, but not always, and I have curly hair with a multi-step shower routine. Therefore, I'd like to have a shower routine saved in the app as an individual routine for any time, and also be able to link it within my morning routine. If this would be possible, it would be virtually a perfect app in my mind. Thank you so much for creating it and promise me it'll always be this good because I can honestly see myself using it forever 😃

Very impressed

I’ve only had this app for a few mins but after I put some of my night time self care habits I felt really excited to check off the ones I did in my nightly routine. I have ADHD an I think this app is going to make a big difference in my life. I’m always forgetting to do the little stuff like brush my teeth an drink water an things like that.
I will update my review in a few weeks to let you know how it goes.

Great app!

This is the best app to track what you want to do as a habit daily, weekly and monthly. And it’s free. Custom habits, color schemes and icons are perfect and simple. I love that I can slide to record habits. Crashes sometimes but looks like they’re fixing the bugs. I use this app everyday. Keep it up! Awesome app. After trying many habit apps, I found this as the most useful. Cheers!
