A MONTHLY PHOTO JOURNAL IN THREE STEPS
• You create – You and other family members upload your photos from your phone.
• We print – At the end of the month, Neveo displays the photos on a page in a beautiful photo journal that we print out and send.
• We deliver – A few days later, your grandparents will receive the photo journal containing all your printed memories!
HOW TO CREATE YOUR FIRST PHOTO JOURNAL
• Download the application, create your account and choose the plan that suits you best.
• Upload your photos. You have until the last day of the month to add more photos.
• Add descriptions. This is not obligatory but it always makes the experience more user friendly!
• Invite your family to take part. Brothers, sisters, loved ones, etc. In short, everyone who has nice photos to add.
• That’s it!

At Neveo, we believe the photo continues to be an ideal way to maintain family bonds. The proof is that we all love to leaf through our family photo albums and recall our fond memories. But we also know that our daily activities do not always leave us with enough time to share photos of our children and vacations with grandparents.

Très bon concept mais à améliorer
J’adore l’idée et mes grands-parents adorent recevoir leur gazette!
Il faudrait cependant améliorer le processus:
Sur l’application, il serait judicieux de pouvoir choisir l’album d’où charger les photos. Ça éviterait de devoir défiler et fouiller dans le camera roll et ferait gagner un temps fou.
Aussi, on ne peut pas déplacer les photos pour les réarranger dans un ordre de préférence.
On ne peut plus non plus ajouter des photo après le dernier jour du mois à minuit.
Au lieu d’envoyer des mails quelques jours à l’avance, ce serait mieux que l’application émette des notifications.

Merci pour votre soutien, une nouvelle version bien améliorée de l'application est maintenant disponible sur laquelle vous pouvez réorganiser vos photos téléchargées.
Why havnt I used this sooner?!
I’ve been traveling and living away from home for almost 6 years now and have always struggled with my grandparents half hearing the stories of what I’ve been up too and showing them quick pictures on my phone they don’t get to see again. This app has helped me and them stay connected with each other abroad. They love getting their new magazine each month and when I do see in person we can chat even more about what I have been doing.
It’s totally worth it!

Poor quality output, would not recommend
Received my first (and last!) book, the quality was so bad - the layout was more than basic which, if you hadn’t written a small novel about each photo left heaps lines where text ‘could’ have gone. There’s no back ordering so if you don’t submit photos in a particular month your money gets taken and you get nothing. There’s also no way through the app or their desktop site to unsubscribe from the service, you need to send them a request. They did promptly cancel my subscription once requested but I had paid for 3months of subscription and only got 1 crappy book.

Sorry for the disappointment.
On the mobile application, in the menu, click on "My subscription" and then on "Unsubscribe".
To unsubscribe via a computer, click on "Network from" at the top right and choose the network for which you wish to unsubscribe. Then click on "Network of" and then on "Subscription". To unsubscribe, click on "Cancel my subscription".
We refund you the months without photos on request:)
As for the aspect of the newspaper, a refresh will be done by the end of the year.
