Newie 4+

I have signed up with Newie recently. I had my payments coming from every angle and was overwhelmed with keeping up with my payment systems. I had square payments, ezy debit and bank transfers set up. Now I have all my clients set up in the one place and it is much easier to manage. I run an in-person personal training business and provide online training and nutrition services as well. I love that I can set-up my weekly personal training clients on a weekly subscription and pause or cancel when I need to, rather then going through a direct debit company. Also if I run an 8 week challenge I can set clients up on a fixed term subscription. It is so easy. There is also the option of once off payments and instalment plans. The rates are competitive and the team are just so supportive. My clients all love how quick and easy it was to set up for their end. I am so happy with Newie and they are working on some really cool features that I know will be released soon and I will never look back. Best business decision I have made.

Ever since I have adopted the app it has made it alot more easier for me to focus all efforts into putting quality in teaching my clients. They take away the stress of tracking your finances as well as provide you the ability to set up plans for your clients to choose from. My clients themselves have also confirmed that ever since they adopted the app, everything has been easier for them as they have more flexibility with their payments. The team will also personally, work alongside you which contributed to the app’s experience greatly.

Easy to setup and once you’re set up things will become a lot easier from there! Highly recommend the app for trainers or people looking for trainers 👍

This has made the sign-on process for my clients so much more seamless!

Being able to just give them the link directly to set up their payments has saved me a tonne of time going back and forth trying to collect payment information! It’s also given myself so much clarity seeing how much revenue I’ve made across the months.

I love how everything is all in one app, my clients can access their profile to see upcoming payments, I’m instantly notified when payments are successful or failed which allows me to action them immediately using the direct messaging function. This has decreased my admin workload heaps.

On top of that, the customer service provided by the Newie team is incredible. They immediately answer any questions I have, make adjustments in a timely manner and are always open to suggestions on how to improve their customer experience.
