Bring back real news.

The app itself is a little clunky and doesn't update itself - I have to close the app and reopen it to get updated news. Also, the biggest problem for me in the ‘social media’ style sensationalist article titles and the preponderance of video clips of a third party's opinion rather than actual news, seriously only marginally better than facebook for actual news.

It’s a bit clickbait in titles

I don’t like how it’s a gossipy and clickbaity, I want the facts, not sensualise facts. The corona virus coverage in particular, rounding up numbers of those infected i.e almost 300 infections.. well it’s not 300 it’s 297, I want actual facts not rounding up. Yes it will quickly surpass 300 in fact it has now gone past 300 but not at the time of reporting! Also the coverage of Hamish Blake’s joke about pasta brands and making a article about it as if it’s actually serious news worth reporting. Also the clear constant racist attacks on Megan and Harry, It’s a shame cause this nonsense is why I’ll delete the app which otherwise is a good app.
Just realised Rupert Murdoch associated everything is explained, delete.

Not bad but...

You need to support dark mode. I love to read the news at night but it’s blinding. This is a perfect app to support dark mode.

Sliding back should take you back. So if you click on an article from the main list of articles and then slide back... Take me back to the list. Not to another article. Its confusing and no other news app does that. Bad UI design. No one wants to slide back and forth through articles.

The My News only seems to show articles I have seen weeks or even months ago. Not sure what is going on there.

Anyway that was a little tech feedback to consider... and I didn’t even mention the totally misleading news titles. :) I guess that’s just the world we live in now.
