Finally I can be my own bank
Put simply, NEXO does everything it claims! I have been testing all its features daily from earning the min interest on all my Crypto to now becoming a platinum member and earning and borrowing at the top rates. The custom service help is real ( just write human in the help text box) and if you are sick of traditional banks ripping you off like I was and want to get a better deal then NEXO is for you. No customer support? Losing patience.
Have enquired several times to Nexo with no response in weeks and months. Firstly I deposited 308 EUR and the money has not appeared in my account yet, vanished? Have also provided info from sending bank and they have reached out too. No response. Secondly, the exchange and withdraw feature has been completely disabled and unavailable for over a month? No response. Thirdly, during the crash a few months ago my account was liquidated by several thousand more than seemed realistic and I messaged them about it. No response. Without any realistic customer support given the fiduciary relationship concerning peoples funds I don’t see how this company can be taken seriously. Nexo are you reading this? Or anything? Please respond.

This exchange is by far the cleanest in this grubby game. I think the dividends you provide for stable coins are brilliant. I would definitely try to market that all over the world, and with your security feature's and insurances I would show how people would go about getting there money back if you guys actually went bust tomorrow. A step by step on that would be brilliant.
