Love it, but...
I love next and the delivery to Australia is so fast. Any time I’ve had to call customer service it’s been easy and successful.
But...
The app is pretty basic. It could do with a few more features in ‘my profile’ Eg, It would be great to be able to see past orders. I often buy the same jeans or shirts and it would be great to be able to look at what I’ve previously bought and to keep track of returns.
Otherwise pretty good. I love the clothes and service.
Check availability of products
In the new version you can see suggestions on the bottom of the screen of products “that you may like” when you’re browsing for items that you like, but they are not available for Australia. It’s frustrating when you open the links and can’t have the option of buying them.
Great clothes. Difficult app
Love shopping with Next. Such great, quality clothing and shoes at an affordable price, but the app is a bit of a struggle at times. The categories and filters could be a lot more user friendly. For instance, when looking at shoes when I wanted to filter by size I was presented with all the clothing sizes instead of shoe sizes. The user experience online needs work, but I’ve never had an issue with their products and regularly recommended Next.
