The game is great, addictive, and really enjoyable with the right people It definitely feels like they favour or respond to the big spenders in this game, ones that dump over 100k usd, and the rest are treated like cannon fodder and ignored about issues. Trying to get responses from the vip assistants is so slow, and the overall help you receive from issues is non existent, just ‘we’ve had a look and there’s nothing we can do’. But they are more then happy to push packs to be bought and will take your money without question. You guys have a great game, you need to start having a great customer service.

Commanders are at liberty to decide whether they wish to purchase items to expedite their progress. In fact, there are many commanders who rarely purchase in game, but still have attained high levels by playing diligently over time and investing their efforts.
Our game features a plethora of free events, allowing commanders to earn a wealth of items, signifying that acquiring items is not solely dependent on payments. You can actively engage in daily in-game tasks and participate in events with your allies for collective advancement, enabling you to acquire necessary resources and items without any financial expenditure.

Good game
Not very creative with titles but I enjoy the game a bit though it would be nice to have a claim all button for shelters as exploring Sanctuary’s tends to also find dozens of Shelters and can be a bit irritating sifting through heaps of shelters.
Also still want to know when this L.O.R.A character gets added though it’s probably just a Facebook click bait.
