NieR Re[in]carnation 17+

IMO although gacha a genre itself. I don’t believe gacha should be the leading point of the game. This game unlike others has extreme detail in the setting of the world and care for the story. I have only cleared ch.1 so far but can immerse myself more into story than games where I spent hrs through, unknowingly of what’s going on.

I will admit however, what is the use of movement in the combat? So far I'm finding no purpose in it as it doesn’t make you dodge or any of the sorts.

As someone who’s played Nier Automata this does not feel like a downgrade at all in terms of music and quality. However I feel some might be deterred by the gacha elements in it. Do not be afraid though, as it does not interfere with any of the other beautiful aspects thus far.

“Update” This game still crashes on whatever phone I play! Both IOS and Android….Are the creators of this app just lazy with it? It’s been a while since I’ve played this and I’m still pretty disgusted at how the gatcha pulls are. The only way I received the event characters was to keep pulling on the banners till I had enough of the shards for the mercy. Really disappointed in this as the games content becomes pretty difficult and impossible without stronger characters and weapons. Hope this changes in the future, if not it does not seem like I’d be playing this game for long.

This is another update edit: 5 march 2022 and the game still crashed a couple of times when launching. Funny thing is I’ve already contacted you people many times. Have you all the specs of each device I used and have used and you guys can’t even give me an answer to why it is happening. If it’s the actually app itself, then that’s a massive let down. Honestly guys don’t spend any money on this game. Such a let down and just depressing that the faults are not actually being fixed in anyway, other then being told my iPhone 13 is faulty…..

This genuinely has me more invested in the actual gameplay than BOTH Brave Exvius FF’s and Dissidia Opera Omnia… The main story chapters (and the side stories & events) are *gut-punchingly* mature.

Also seen a lot of the 1 star reviews claiming it crashes or even that it’s “not available in Australia” (or X country this App Store encompasses)?
I’m IN Australia. I’ve been playing this without any issue since it first launched.
It is *absolutely* playable and available in Australia.
Either these people have jailbroken iPhones and Applibot has counter-measures for it… Or they’re lying? 🤔🤨 Can’t imagine any other possibility, or clearly we’ve been playing (or not) different games.
