Best bible app that I know of
I love this app. I can take study notes , highlight what I’m reading. Change colour and select favourite verses, then later on read all my favourite verses when I select the highlight colour. I have several different bible versions, study books, devotionals and daily readings. And I can set a reminder to keep me focused each day on God’s word.
Tecarta
I purchased this iPad and then this app, so I could travel without so many books. It was great at first. Then my regular bible had letters missing at the end of some lines when viewing parallel bibles and now a scroll bar causes the chapter to go to the last verse each time you inadvertently touch the screen where the invisible bar is located. The wonderful app has become a real trial to use . Wish I could afford something better!
Bible library in your pocket
This is a great app so you can have your bible and other resources at your finger tips, on your phone or device.
I have used the app to read from cover to cover, with the assistance of the study notes and commentaries, both at home and whilst travelling.
I haven't utilised the devotional a, but the 'verse of the day' can be a handy focus, to bring you back to God's word as a regular part of your day.
The only annoying part that I have found so far is the links in the study notes are activated inadvertently when scrolling. A little too sensitive and hard to avoid, especially on a phone screen.
