Didn’t work on iPhone and I couldn’t find any support documentation

I purchased the app and selected files to enhance. The app flickered and said to leave the app open. But that was it. There was no indication that the file was actually being handled in anyway. I went looking for the support info, there was no faq that I could find. Getting a refund from Apple.
